Returns
To ensure your satisfaction with your W+W experience, we provide free returns for the majority* of orders delivered to addresses within the United States. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return (excluding final sale items). Additionally, we accept returns for packages delivered to international addresses within 30 days of receipt.
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
* The item(s) must be in brand new and unworn condition.
* The item(s) should not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way, as this would disqualify them from being eligible for return.
* The item(s) must be accompanied by their original packaging and tags.
While most items are eligible for return, there are certain items marked as "Final Sale" on their respective product pages, in your shopping cart, during the checkout process, and in the order confirmation emails. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
