Nice to meet me, I’m Zenith, a powerhouse water bottle with a lot to offer. For starters, my double-wall 18/8 stainless steel exterior is pretty tough. I come prepared for anything with a carabiner, compass, signal whistle, and fire starter.

Care & Use:
Zenith to the hydration rescue! (Yeah, sometimes I like to talk about myself in the third person.) Give me a little rinse with warm water and soap before you make me your outdoor companion. My lid is top-rack dishwasher safe but my body-ody is hand wash only. Please don’t put me in the microwave or freezer and avoid filling me up with anything hot (over 165°F) or carbonated! They really don’t agree with me.

I had the same exact bottle before so when I lost it, I decided to purchase direct from their website . No one has responded in weeks. I’ve reached out numerous times, twice via email and once through Instagram. I received a faulty product from them and the base is falling apart, and I have reached out to the customer service team three times with no response. Would DEF not recommend purchasing ANY items from their website. Terrible experience

The bottle I received has been falling apart at the base. I’ve received no responses from the Customer Care team and I have reached out numerous times with no response. I would recommend anyone purchase ANY w+w products.
